Abstract:
تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تطبيق النظم االحرتازية المطبقة في البنوك الجزائرية و المتمثلة في نسبيتي الملاءمة
والسيولة وأي منها المؤثرة على أدائها ومن ثم على مستوى ربحيتها من خالل مؤشري: العائد على األأصول والعائد على
حقوق الماكية ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على أساليب التحليل اإلحصائي واملايل باالعتماد على الربنامج
اإلحصائي EVIEWS من خالل استخدام طريقة االحندار التدرجيي املتعدد Régression Stepwise(
(Analysis لتقدير منوذج الدراسة وتفسي العالقة بني املتغي التابع واملتغيات املستقلة حيث مت تطبيقها على بيانات
متعلقة ب 03 بنوك جزائرية : عمومية، خاصة، إسالمية خالل الفرتة )2008-2014 ،)وقد توصلنا يف هذه الدراسة
إىل وجود معنوية إحصائية هلذه النسبة بالتايل ميكن القول أنه ال يوجد مانع من التزام البنوك اجلزائرية بتطبيق هذه النسبة
ألهنا ال يضعف من أداءها، أما يف ما خيص نسبة السيولة واليت تعترب أيضا من أهم النظم االحرتازية للجنة بازل فانه ال
يوجد أي عالقة أو تأثي هلا على أداء البنوك حمل الدراسة الن منوذجها مل يكن معنويا بالرغم من االرتباط الو ثيق نسبة
الملائمة ونسبة السيولة.
n this study we discussed the analysis of the application of prudential systems
applied in Algerian banks ,namely solvency and liquidity ratios ,which effect their
performance and thus their profit level throuth :Return of Assets and Return on
Equity .Reliacf on statistical and financial analysis methods based on EVIEWS using
the Stepwise Regression Analysis method to estimate the model of the study and
to explain the relationship between the dependent variable and the in dependent
variable as applied to data related to three 03 Algerian bank : General, especially
Islamic,during the period (2008-2014) (.In this study ; we found that there is
significant statistical significance for this ration ,so it can be said that there is no
objection to the commitment of the Algerian banks to apply this percentage because it
does not weaken their performance .As for the percentage Liquidity ,which is also
one of the most important prudential systems of the Basel Committee ,has no
relationship or impact on the performance of the banks in question because its model
was not significant despite the close correlation between solvency ratio and liquidity
ratio.
