Abstract:
This modest research dealt with the political rights of women in the light of
the law and the law. The presidency was a model where it began with a
preliminary chapter in which the terms of research were defined as political and
political and then touched on the subject of women's political rights under
Islamic law. Islamic jurisprudence from the views of jurists on the right to
participate in political life and the assumption of women's presidency or the
presidency of the government The research concluded that Islamic law does not
