الخلاصة:
The purpose of this study is to uncover a facet of the jurisprudence
of Shaykh Ibrahim ibn Omar Beyoud, which is Induction of interest
through its interpretation of the Qur'an. It also seeks to explain the
position of Sheikh Bayoud from the authoritative argumentation of the
interest compared to other fundamental rules of jurisprudence scholars,
This study also contributes from another aspect in demonstrating the
ability of jurisprudence to respond to the needs, requirements and
interests of man according to the purposes of the street, thus reflecting
the most prominent characteristics of Islamic legislation, including
flexibility and immortality.
The research adopted several approaches: historical, descriptive,
analytic, inductive, deductive and comparative, and reached the
following results:
1- The intented of inference with the interest: "consider the
knowledge of the rule of interest evidence and take away from the waste
of the intended legislator."
2 – Discretion of interest circle wider than the jurisprudence and
standard diligence, and the practical embodiment of the characteristics
of flexibility and immortality of Islamic legislation.
3 - Most of the age in which Sheikh lived by the crisis, and the
many wars and disorders.
4 - The constant struggle of Shaykh Bayoud continued to the French
colonist and fight, and abor this peddlers, and this shows through his
many positions, as fighting against the forced recruitment by the French
government to the Algerian youth, and the abolition of the colonizer plot
to separate the desert of Algeria from the north, in his belief in the unity
of the Algerian nation and the unity of its soil.
5 - The role of Shaykh Bayoud in the revival of the Muzabi society,
and reforming its conditions throughits establishment of the Institute of
Life and through its mosque lessons and ceremonial speeches, and also
activating the social institutions of the family, El Mahdara , Dar Irwan,
and the clan.
