الخلاصة:
This Study aimed to Know the effect of the Internal Environment of the Work on the admi-nistrative creation among the regional groups , and we have chosen the municipality of Ghar-daïa to be the fielded study .
In order to actualize the objectives of the study a questionnaire was designed and was consist of 42 paragraph in order to gater the basic information from a randon group of official workers in the municipality of Ghardaïa the number of the questionnaire’s items is 82 item . the study based ou the spss system toanalyse the information Gautheret by the questionnaire, and many other static styles in order to realise the study’s gools one of thuse is the coefficient of leberson relevancy, and the independent –samples- test and the one Way anova.
The study comes up to the follouing objectues :
There is a weak ejective relation ship between the enternal Environment of the Work and the administrative geation in G .M.
No difference between the informant answers about in ternal Environment of the Work and the administrative creation in G .M. due to variable profile (type, Age, ca-reer level, years of expérience, qualification).
Finally in light of the previons objectives we have mentiones some commendings :
-To en courage the Works to Work in groups where there is an endangerment spirit.
-The direct supervison must give the workers many chances to express opinions.
-The administration of the municipality must have à bonus and fillips system very ef-fective.
-Must provide an appropnate Environment that encourage the creative in dividnals
