This study aimed to stand on the issue of electronic management and its
role in improving job performance in the economic institution of the workers
of the National Social Security Fund for non-wage workers, because of its great
importance in our time, which is witnessing rapid technological developments
in the field of digitization and electronic work. The importance of this study
lies in The seriousness and vitality of the subject of this study and its scarcity
in research and studies in the field of electronic management because it is a
new and vital concept that emerged as a result of the transformations and deve-
lopments that the world has witnessed since the period of technological and
electronic development.
This new concept has a profound impact on the performance of employees and
on the nature of the relationship between electronic management as an inde-
pendent variable and job performance as a dependent variable, which was con-
firmed by the results of the questionnaire prepared for this purpose, where the
questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 57 workers from two agencies and
states in Ghardaia and Djelfa, where the type of The purposeful (intentional)
non-probability sample in order to achieve the objectives of the research, and
the study concluded through statistical and sociological analysis that electronic
management has an important role in improving job performance in the econo-
mic institution and the existence of a strong correlation between the two va-
riables, and that it is attributed to the scientific qualification and professional
experience in improving job performance in Workers of the Social Security
Corporation for non-wage workers through the application of electronic mana-
gement in the economic institution CASNOS, and as a recommendation the
study emphasized the interest in training workers and accompanying them in
the application of electronic management, in order to raise the level of job per-
formance for workers.
