This study revolves around occupational compatibility and its relationship to
the quality of work life, by trying to answer the following question:
Is there a relationship between professional compatibility and quality of work
life?
The importance of this study lies in:
• It tries to study the professional compatibility of the impregnable municipal
workers, because the compatibility of the individual with his profession is
considered a basis for adaptation and harmony with the work he performs.
• Contribute to assisting those responsible for the municipality's workers in
taking effective causes, which lead to the professional compatibility of its
employees with their tasks and avoiding the causative factors that lead to
instability and job satisfaction.
This study also aims to:
Identifying the relationship between professional compatibility and the quality
of career in the Algerian public institution represented in the municipality.
The study adopted the following hypotheses:
A relationship between professional compatibility and the quality of career in
the Algerian public institution.
From this main hypothesis, two partial hypotheses emerged:
A - The first partial hypothesis: It ensures efficiency in highlighting the
quality of career life in the Algerian public institution.
B - The second partial hypothesis: the internal factors of the institution
contribute to the development of the parameters of the career life in the
Algerian institution.
In line with the nature of the subject, the descriptive approach was used, and
the questionnaire tool was used to collect field data for the study, which satisfies
