Abstract:
للكهرباءSKTMتهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف عن تأثير تكوين الموارد البشرية على الأداء الوظيفي في شركة
والطاقات المتجددة، من خلال تحديد مواطن القصور والضعف الموجودة في البرامج التكوينية بغية زيادة فعاليتها
لتحسين مستوى أداء العاملين .وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على توزيع استبيان على عينة تتكون من 40 فرد
لجمع المعطيات شركة SKTM ، التي تم تبويبها ومعالجتها باستخدام الأساليب الاحصائية وبالاستعانة ببرنامج
الحزم الاحصائية SPSS النسخة 20 ، حيث توصلنا الى جملة من النتائج أهمها :
وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تكوين الموارد البشرية و الأداء الوظيفي في شركة - sktm .
وجود اثر ذو دلالة احصائية بين تحديد الاحتياجات التكوينية والأداء الوظيفي في شركة - sktm .
وجود اثر ذو دلالة احصائية بين تقييم عائد التكوين والأداء الوظيفي في شركةThis study aims at identifying the effect of human resource formation on job performance in the company SKTM for electricity and renewable energies, by identifying defaultes and weaknesses in training programs in order to increase their effectiveness to improve staff performance.
In this study we relied on the distribution of a questionnaire on a sample of 40 individuals to collect data from company SKTM, which were tabulated and processed using statistical methods and by using the statistical packages program SPSS version 20, where we reached some of results, the most important is:
- The existence of a statistically significant relationship between the formation of human resources and the functional performance in company SKTM.
- The existence of a significant statistical of impact between determining the formative needs and the functional performance in company SKTM.
- The existence of a significant statistical of impact between evaluate the revenue of formation and the functional performance in company SKTM. - skt
