الخلاصة:
This study aims to identify the dimensions of organizational trust (trust in supervisors,
confidence in work colleagues, confidence in the management) and the extent of its
support for the behavior of organizational citizenship in the employees of the Electricity
and Renewable Energy Company in Ghardaia. The two students adopted the
descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a research tool for collecting data. The
study population consisted of administrative and technical staff of the Electricity and
Renewable Energy Company in Ghardaia (158). The study sample included (50)
employees. The study showed many results including:
• Exceeds confidence in the management, followed by trust with colleagues, and then
trusting supervisors
• There is a high degree of practice of organizational citizenship behavior among
employees •
The study also showed an effect of the organizational confidence dimensions on
organizational citizenship behavior while there is almost no absence of influence after
trust in supervisors of organizational citizenship behavior. The study also showed
statistically significant differences in the dimensions of organizational confidence and
organizational citizenship behavior due to the personal variables (years of service, age,
sex) and the absence of statistical differences due to the level of job qualification
