Abstract:
The current study aims to find out the extent of the application of the foundations of quality
management and its role in the development of the functional performance, the study of the
case study of ALFA PIPE in The State of Ghardaia, as well as the level of application of
quality management principles by the department, in addition to revealing the extent of its
role in the development of functional performance, in order to answer the problem and
achieve the objectives of the study and test the validity of its hypothesis was prepared a
questionnaire and distributed to a sample of 80 employees of the FOUNDATION PIPE in The
of Ghardaïa, and to test and analyze hypotheses was used a number of methods Statistically,
the most important findings were:
• There is a availability of dimensions (support for senior management focus on customer
training infrastructure and continuous improvement qualification) in The State of Ghardaia
from the point of view of its employees;
• There is a relationship between the degree of adoption of the dimensions of quality
management and the development of the performance of the fold and in the institution in
question;
As for the most important things that the study recommended:
• Review the procedures in place in the institution to conform to the aspirations and hopes of
quality and market requirements customers, taking into account procedural aspects such as
encouraging initiatives and various proposals related to procedures submitted by workers and
adopting them scientifically and practically;
• Balancing the education and development of the worker on the developments of the limits to
keep up with the industrial development.
