Abstract:
The National Liberation Front has worked to internationalize the
Algerian cause and to define the principles and objectives of the Algerian
revolution since its inception in 1954 until its independence was declared in
1962 and to proclaim the right of the Algerian people to self-determination,
The Front used all means to introduce the revolution through its participation
in various international and Afro-Asian forums where the Algerian issue was
discussed and the official recognition of the Liberation Front as the sole
representative of the Algerian people, The Algerian case is then transferred to
the largest international forum, the United Nations, where it faced difficulties
in including its name because of the position of France and the allied
countries, which worked to discredit the revolution and called it barbarism
But the wisdom and diplomacy of the Liberation Front prevented that, Where
it was recorded and discussed in sessions, and as a result, led to the United
Nations recognition of the right of the people to self-determination.
