الخلاصة:
The current study aimed to study the relationship between academic
procrastination and academic achievement among students of the third
year of secondary school, Qurma Boudjemaa in Bouhraoua Ghardaia,
and to know the level of both academic procrastination and academic
achievement, and to study the differences between the sexes and
specialization in academic procrastination.
To achieve the objectives of the study، the descriptive relational
approach was used، and the "academic procrastination" scale of
"Muawiyah Abu Ghazal 2012" was applied on a sample of (100) male
and female students. After collecting the data and processing it
statistically, the study reached the following results:
1. The level of academic procrastination among third year secondary
school students, Qurma Boudjemaa High School, Bouhraoua, average .
2. The level of academic achievement of the third-year secondary
school students in Garma Boudjemaa High School in Bouhraoua is
high.
3. There are statistically significant differences in the degrees of
academic procrastination among students of the third year of
secondary school at Qurma Boudjemaa Ghardaia High School due to
the gender variable.
4. There are statistically significant differences in the degrees of
academic procrastination among students of the third year of
secondary school at Qurma Boudjemaa Ghardaia High School due to
the variable of specialization .
5. There is no relationship between academic procrastination and
academic achievement among third year secondary school students at
Qorma Boudjemaa Ghardaia High School.
