Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور فرق العمل في نقل المعرفة في مؤسسة المياه المعدنية والمشروبات الغازية
"القولية" بالمنيعة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتحليل البيانات و اختبار الفرضيات لكونه
يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات ووزعت على
عينة حجمها 60 عامل ثم استرداد 48 استمارة التي كانت صالحة لتحليل، و تم استخدام برنامج spss21
الاحصائي في تحليل البيانات .
توصلت هذه الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها :
عدم وجود علاقة ذات دالة احصائية بين ابعاد عناصر نقل المعرفة واجمالي محور اليات فرق العمل ،كما تبين ان
الأثر الوحيد لفرق العمل يتمثل في اكتساب المعرفة اي اكتساب المعرفة فقط من بين الاربع عناصر لنقل المعرفة
يتأثر بفرق العمل ، واستنتجنا ايضا انه لا توجد فروقات لفرق العمل ونقل المعرفة تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصيةThe study is aimed at identifying the role of the task force (team work) in knowledge transfer in Mineral (bottled) water and soft drinks Company « el goléa » in El Meniaa .The study has adopted the descriptive and analytical approach in the data analysis and in testing the hypotheses , being it suitable and appropriate to the subject of the study. To achieve the objective of the study, we have adopted a questionnaire as a tool in data collection .A sample consists of 60 workers and employees has been distributed .. 48 forms were valid and recovered for analysis as well as we have used program of SPSS in data analysis
This study came up with a set of findings , the most important of which:
The lack of a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of the knowledge transfer elements and the total mechanisms of task force ( team work ), as it turned out that the only effect of the task force ( team work) consists in/lies in the acquisition of knowledge then only among the four elements of knowledge transfer has been affected by taskforce the (team work), as we have also concluded that there are no differences among team work and the knowledge transfer due to personal variables.
