Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق برامج العلاقات العامة لمبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الجزائرية ،وإبراز أهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق ذلك، وهذا من خلال الاعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة وبعض الأدوات لجمع البيانات كالملاحظة والمقابلة . هذه الأخيرة أجريت مع رؤساء المصالح بمديرية النشاط الاجتماعي والتضامن لولاية غرداية.
وبعد القيام بالدراسة الميدانية خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن المؤسسة تعمل على تطبيق وظائف العلاقات العامة ضمنيا في البرامج الإدارية اليومية للمؤسسة، كما تمارسمختلف أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية والتيتعتبر من بين الأهداف العامة للمؤسسة وهذا راجع إلى طبيعة نشاطها الذي يقتضي منها ذلك.
كما تم تسجيل جملة من الاقتراحات والتي تمثل حلول لبعض المعوقات المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة كأن يتم انشاء قسم خاص للعلاقات العامة ضمن الهيكل التنظيمي للمؤسسة يتولى القيام بالمهام والأنشطة المرتبطة بهذا المجال ، توظيف الكفاءات المتخصصة و ضرورة الاهتمام بالكوادر البشرية المتواجدة على مستوى المديرية.
The studyaimed to find out the extent to which public relations programs apply the principles of social responsibility in Algerian institutions،then to highlight the most important obstacles thathinderaccess to the result، by relying on the method of case studyand sometools for collecting data such as observation and interview.The latter was conducted with the heads of interests of the Directorate of Social Activity and Solidarity of the State of Ghardaia.
After conducting the field study، the study concluded a number of conclusions، the most important of which are that the institution is working to apply public relations functions implicitly in the organization's daily administrative programs، It also engages in various social responsibility activities، which are among the general objectives of the institution، due to the nature of its activity، which requires it to do so.
A number of proposals were also recorded، which represent solutions to some of the obstacles related to the subject of the study، such as the establishment of a special public relations department within the organizational structure of the institution to carry out the tasks and activities related to this field،employspecialized competencies and the need to take care of the human resources present at the level of the directorate.
