الخلاصة:
The present study aimed to identify the prevalence level of common
behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary school
students in Ghardaia. It is a diagnostic epidemiological study considering
several demographic variables.
The study sample consisted of 1,646 students (both male and female)
distributed across 27 high schools in 10 municipalities of Ghardaia.
The study found that the prevalence of behavioral problems in the school
environment among secondary school students in Ghardaia was moderate
among the study sample. Statistically significant differences were found in the
prevalence of common behavioral problems among secondary school students in
Ghardaia based on gender, and also based on age and grade level. (first-year
secondary, second-year secondary, third-year secondary).
There are no statistically significant differences in the prevalence level of
common behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary
school students in Ghardaia based on the academic specialization variable
(literary, scientific).
There are no statistically significant differences in the prevalence level of
common behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary
school students in Ghardaia based on the economic status of the family
(unemployed, low income) (needy, well-off).
There are no statistically significant differences in the prevalence level of
common behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary
school students in Ghardaia based on the geographical location variable (urban,
rural).
There are no statistically significant differences in the prevalence level of
common behavioral problems in the school environment among secondary
school students in Ghardaia based on the social status variable (orphaned
student, student of separated parents, ordinary student).
