    تأثير وسائل التواصل الالكتروني على الفعالية التنظيمية للمؤسسة دراسة حالة: "مؤسسة القلم امرو التعليمية

    تهدف الدراسة الى تحليل تأثير وسائل التواصل الالكتروني على الفعالية التنظيمية للمؤسسة دراسة حالة" مؤسسة القلم إمرو " ، وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، اما أداة الدراسة لقد استخدمنا الاستبيان الالكتروني لجمع البيانات والمعلومات و يتكون مجتمع الدراسة يشمل 34 من بينهم موظفين وأساتذة في المؤسسة ، و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة ، واظهرت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : وجود وعي مؤسسي متقدم لدى الطاقم الإداري و التربوي حول الأثر الإيجابي لوسائل الاتصال الالكتروني في مؤسسة القلم إمرو ، حيث لاحظنا ان استخدام لهذه الوسائل يساعد في تحقيق اهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة و تحسين من كفاءة و مستوى أدائها التنظيمي ، و بناءا على ما سبق توصي الدراسة بتبني استراتيجية تشمل تنظيم و توجيه استخدام الاتصالات الالكترونية داخل البيئة المؤسسية مع توفير الإمكانيات و الموارد اللازمة لإدارتها بكفاءة ووضع اهداف واضحة تعزز من كفاءة العمل التنظيمي The study aims to analyze the impact of electronic communication tools organizational effectiveness within Al-Qalam institution to achieve this objective, the study utilized a descriptive-analytical approach. Regarding the study instrument, an electronic questionnaire was developed and administered to collect data and information from the study population, within the institution. The collected data was then analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. The study yielded several key findings, most notably the existence of an advanced institutional awareness among the administrative and educational staff at Al-Qalam Imro Institution regarding the positive impact of electronic communication tools, it was observed that the utilization of these tools significantly contributes to achieving the institutions strategic goals and enhancing both its efficiency and organizational performance level. Based on these results ,the study recommends adopting a strategic plan that recommends adopting a strategic plan that encompasses organizing and directing the use of electronic communications within the institutional environment ,while providing the necessary resources and capabilities for their effective management ,and setting clear objectives to boost organizational officiency
