    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور مبادئ أخلاقيات الأعمال في تحسين حوكمة المؤسسات الجامعية. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، بينما اس تُخدم المنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، من خلال الاستعانة باستمارة استبيان لجمع البيانات وتحليلها بطريقة منهجية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أبرزها أن الالتزام بمبادئ ز I أخلاقيات الأعمال يسهم بشكل ف عّال في تعزي يخ I رار، وترس I الشفافية، وتحسين جودة اتخاذ الق مبادئ المساءلة داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تبني هذه المبادئ يعزز الثقة دعم الأداء II ة، وي II راف الفاعل II ف الأط II ن مختل II بي المؤسسي بشكل عام، مما ينعكس إيجا بًا على كفاءة الحوكمة واستدامتهاThis study aims to highlight the role of business ethics principles in improving the governance of university institutions. The descriptive method was adopted for the theoretical aspect, while the analytical method was used for the applied aspect, through the use of a questionnaire to collect and analyze data systematically. The study reached several key findings, most notably that adherence to business ethics principles significantly contributes to enhancing transparency, improving the quality of decision-making, and strengthening accountability within higher education institutions. It also found that adopting these principles helps build trust among stakeholders and supports overall institutional performance, which positively reflects on the efficiency and sustainability of governance
