    سعت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر التطور التنظيمي على مستوى الأداء المؤسسي بجامعة غرداية، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من أفراد الدراسة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن جامعة غرداية تتميز بمستوى مرتفع من التطور التنظيمي والأداء المؤسسي من وجهة نظر الموظفين، كما بينت الدراسة وجود علاقة وتأثير إيجابي للتطور التنظيمي في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي داخل الجامعة This study sought to highlight the impact of organizational development on the level of institutional performance at the University of Ghardaïa, relying on the descriptive-analytical approach. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting data from the study participants. The findings revealed that the University of Ghardaïa enjoys a high level of organizational development and institutional performance from the employees’ perspective. The study also demonstrated the existence of a positive relationship and effect of organizational development on improving institutional performance within the university
