    دور بيئة العمل المادية والاجتماعية في تحسين إنتاجية العاملين د ا رسة حالة مديرية الضرائب لولاية غرداية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير بيئة العمل المادية و الاجتماعية في تحسين إنتاجية العاملين، وقد اخترنا مديرية الضرائب لتكون محل الدراسة . اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الكيفي، وقد تمثلت الأدوات التي استعملناها في المقابلة الشخصية مع بعض من الموظفين في المديرية . كشفت لنا هذه الدراسة أن توفير بيئة عمل مناسبة، سواء من الجانب المادي أو الاجتماعي يساهم بشكل واضح في تحسين أدائ هم و إنتاجيتهم ، وزيادة كفاءتهم.كما أظهرت النتائج أن اهتمام المؤسسة بتهيئة ظروف عمل This study aims to examine the impact of the physical and social work environment on improving employee productivity. The Tax Directorate was selected as the case study for this research. The study adopted a qualitative approach and relied on personal interviews conducted with a number of employees of the Directorate as a tool for data collection. The findings revealed that providing an appropriate work environment, both physically and socially, plays a significant role in enhancing employees’ performance, productivity, and efficiency. The results also showed that an organization’s commitment to establishing favorable working conditions contributes to achieving its objectives effectively and efficiently in both the short and long termملائمة يساعد على تحقيق أهدافها بكفاءة و فعالية على المدى القصير و الطويل
