    دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي دراسة حالة بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بمتليلي

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي داخل المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بمتليلي، من خلال تحليل العلاقة بين استخدام التقنيات الحديثة ورفع كفاءة العاملين وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية. اعتمدت الدراسة على إطار نظري تناول مفهوم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأداء الوظيفي، إضافة إلى عرض وتحليل مجموعة من الدراسات السابقة الوطنية والأجنبية بهدف دعم الإشكالية وتوضيح أبعادها العلمية. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي في الجانب الميداني، حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام أدوات بحثية مناسبة ثم تحليلها لاختبار الفرضيات. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات تلعب دوراً مهماً في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي من خلال تسهيل الإجراءات الإدارية، وتسريع تبادل المعلومات، وتقليل الأخطاء، مما ينعكس إيجاباً على جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة. كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين مستوى استخدام التكنولوجيا وفعالية الأداء داخل المؤسسة، مما يؤكد أهمية تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية وتدريب الموظفين على استخدام الأنظمة الحديثة. واختتمت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات التي تدعو إلى تعزيز الرقمنة داخل المؤسسات الصحية .This dissertation aims to examine the role of Information Technology (IT) in improving job performance within the public hospital institution of Metlili. The study investigates the relationship between the use of modern technologies and the enhancement of employee efficiency and healthcare service quality. The theoretical framework covered the concepts of Information Technology and job performance, in addition to reviewing national and international previous studies to strengthen the research problem and clarify its dimensions. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology in the fieldwork section, where data were collected using appropriate research tools and then analyzed to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed that Information Technology plays a significant role in improving job performance by facilitating administrative procedures, accelerating information exchange, and reducing errors, which positively impacts the quality of healthcare services provided. The results also indicated a positive relationship between the level of technology use and the effectiveness of performance within the institution. This highlights the importance of developing digital infrastructure and training employees in modern information systems. The study concluded with recommendations emphasizing the need to strengthen digital transformation in healthcare institutions
