    دور المنظومة البيئية الجزئية لريادة الأعمال في تنمية روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين

    هدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المنظومة البيئية الجزئية لريادة الأعمال في تنمية الروح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة المنخرطين في إطار القرار الوزاري رقم 008 المعدل والمتمم للقرار 1275، والمتعلق بإعداد مشاريع مؤسسات اقتصادية أو ناشئة. وقد تم إجراء الدراسة التطبيقية على مستوى حاضنة الأعمال بجامعة غرداية، بهدف استكشاف مدى إسهام مكونات هذه المنظومة في تعزيز التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة. وتتمثل الأهداف الفرعية للدراسة في قياس أثر أبعاد المنظومة البيئية الجزئية لريادة الأعمال، والمتمثلة في: التعليم والتدريب، والمساحات والمراكز الابتكارية، والشبكات والمجتمعات الريادية، إضافة إلى المحيط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، في تنمية الروح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين المنخرطين في حاضنة أعمال جامعة غرداية لموسم الجامعي 2024/2025 . منهجيا تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب التحليلي، مدعومًا بدراسة حالة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث ميدانيًا تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث وُزّع إلكترونيًا على جميع مفردات مجتمع البحث المتكون من 128 طالبا وتم استرجاع 110 استمارة استبيان معبر عنها وقابل للتحليل ف. كما تم توظيف مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية، من بينها المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، ومؤشرات الأهمية النسبية، إلى جانب اختبار الانحدار البسيط، وذلك باستخدام برنامج SPSS. إصدار 25 وقد أسفرت النتائج إلى وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للمنظومة البيئية الجزئية لريادة الأعمال في تنمية الروح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة محل الدراسة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير معنوي لكل من بعد التعليم والتدريب، والمساحات والمراكز الابتكارية، والشبكات والمجتمعات الريادية في تعزيز هذه الروح. في المقابل، لم تُسجل نتائج ذات دلالة إحصائية لبعد المحيط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، مما يشير إلى تأثير محدود غير ظاهر في الدراسة وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز التعليم الريادي التطبيقي، وتفعيل دور المراكز الابتكارية في مرافقة الطلبة، وتطوير الشبكات الريادية الجامعية، إلى جانب دعم الشراكات مع المحيط الاقتصادي، مع تبني مقاربات بحثية مستقبلية نوعية ومختلطة لتعميق فهم الظاهرة This study aims to examine the role of the entrepreneurial micro-ecosystem in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit among students enrolled under Ministerial Decision No. 008, amending and supplementing Decision No. 1275, which concerns the development of economic and startup venture projects. The empirical investigation was conducted within the Business Incubator of Ghardaia University to assess the extent to which the components of this ecosystem contribute to enhancing students’ entrepreneurial orientation. More specifically, the study seeks to evaluate the impact of the key dimensions of the entrepreneurial micro-ecosystem, namely entrepreneurship education and training, innovation spaces and centers, entrepreneurial networks and communities, and the economic and social environment, on the development of the entrepreneurial spirit among university students participating in the Business Incubator program during the 2024/2025 academic year. To achieve these objectives, the study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach supported by a case study design. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered electronically to the entire study population, comprising 128 students. A total of 110 valid responses were obtained and subjected to statistical analysis. Descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were employed, including means, standard deviations, relative importance indices, and simple regression analysis, using SPSS Version 25. The findings reveal that the entrepreneurial micro-ecosystem exerts a statistically significant influence on the development of students’ entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, the dimensions of entrepreneurship education and training, innovation spaces and centers, and entrepreneurial networks and communities were found to have significant positive effects on fostering entrepreneurial spirit. In contrast, the economic and social environment did not exhibit a statistically significant effect within the study context, indicating a limited observable contribution to entrepreneurial spirit development among the surveyed students. Based on these findings, the study recommends strengthening practice-oriented entrepreneurship education, enhancing the mentoring and support functions of innovation centers and business incubators, expanding university-based entrepreneurial networks, and reinforcing partnerships with economic stakeholders. The study also advocates the adoption of qualitative and mixed-method research designs in future investigations to provide deeper insights into the mechanisms through which entrepreneurial micro-ecosystems influence entrepreneurial spirit development
