    يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دور التحول الرقمي كمدخل لإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية من خلال ن , ة بي , يح العلاق , عى إلى توض , ة تس , مقاربة نظري المفهومين وأهم المرتكزات التي تقوم عليها هذه العلاقة، ويبين أن التحول الرقمي لا يقتصر على إدخال التكنولوجيا في العمل الإداري، بل يتعدى ذلك اءة , ق الكف , ا يحق , إلى إعادة تصميم العمليات بم والفعالية في الأداء المؤسسي، ويخلص البحث إلى ادة , أن التحول الرقمي يمثل ركيزة أساسية لإع هندسة العمليات الإدارية، وأن التكامل بينهما يساهم في تحسين وتطوير الأداء الإداري ومواكبة متطلبات الإدارة الحديثةThis research aims to highlight the role of digital transformation as an entrance to re-engineering administrative processes through a theoretical approach that seeks to clarify the relationship between the two concepts and the most important pillars on which this relationship is based, and shows that digital transformation is not limited to introducing technology in administrative work, but goes beyond that to redesigning processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in institutional performance, and the research concludes that digital transformation represents a fundamental pillar for re-engineering administrative processes, and that the integration between them contributes to Hussein Developing administrative performance and keeping pace with the requirements of modern management
