    أثر فعالية نظام إدارة الجودة في تحسين الأداء الإنتاجي

    تهدف هذه الدراسة لاستقصاء طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية والأثر القائم بين فعالية نظام إدارة الجودة وتطوير الأداء الإنتاجي بالمؤسسة الجزائريةلصناعة الأنابيب "ألفا بايب" (ALFA PIPE) وحدة غرداية،من خلال تحليل مدى استجابة الأداء الإنتاجي للمتغيرات المرتبطة بجودة العمليات واهتمامات المؤسسة وتوقعات العملاء. ولبلوغ هذا الغرض، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إطاراً منهجياً يجمع بين التأصيل النظري للمفاهيم والدراسة الميدانية المعمقة، تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع عمال وموظفي مؤسسة ALPHA PIPE والبالغ عددهم 969 عاملا وموظفا، وتم الاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداةً رئيسية لاستطلاع آراء عينة شملت 51 عاملا وموظفابالمؤسسة تضم إطارات ومهندسين وتقنيين في مصالح الجودة والإنتاج والصحة والسلامة والبيئة توصلت الدراسةإلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية وأثر إيجابي ملموس لنظام إدارة الجودة في رفع مستوى الأداء الإنتاجي بمؤسسة "ألفا بايب"، إذ كشفت النتائج أن الانضباط في تطبيق الإجراءات التشغيلية، وانخراط الإدارة العليا، وتوجيه الجهود نحو تعزيز الميزة التنافسية، تمثّل عوامل محورية تسهم مباشرةً في تحسين كفاءة العمليات وضمان مطابقة المنتجات للمعايير الدولية. كما أبانت النتائج عن تجانس ملحوظ في مواقف العاملين وإدراكهم لقيمة الجودة، بصرف النظر عن خصائصهم الديموغرافية كالجنس والمستوى التعليمي، وهو ما يُعدّ مؤشراً على رسوخ ثقافة تنظيمية متماسكة تحتضن مبدأ التحسين المستمر وتعمل على الحدّ من معدلات الهدر والأخطاء داخل الوحدة الإنتاجية This study aims to investigate the nature of the correlation and the impact between the effectiveness of the quality management system and the improvement of production performance at the Algerian pipe manufacturing This study aims to investigate the nature of the correlational relationship and the causal effect between the effectiveness of the quality management system and the development of productive performance at the Algerian pipe manufacturing enterprise "ALFA PIPE," Ghardaïa unit. This is achieved through analyzing the extent to which productive performance responds to variables associated with process quality, organizational priorities, and customer expectations. To accomplish this objective, the study adopted the descriptive-analytical methodology as a methodological framework that integrates theoretical conceptualization with in-depth field investigation. The study population comprised all workers and employees of ALFA PIPE, totaling 969 individuals. A questionnaire was employed as the primary data collection instrument to survey the opinions of a sample of 51 workers and employees — including executives, engineers, and technicians from the Quality, Production, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) departments. The study concluded that there exists a statistically significant correlational relationship and a tangible positive effect of the quality management system on elevating the level of productive performance at ALFA PIPE. The results revealed that adherence to operational procedures, top management engagement, and the orientation of efforts toward strengthening competitive advantage constitute pivotal factors that directly contribute to improving process efficiency and ensuring product conformity with international standards. Furthermore, the findings demonstrated a notable homogeneity in employees' attitudes and their perception of the value of quality, irrespective of their demographic characteristics such as gender and educational level. This is regarded as an indicator of the consolidation of a cohesive organizational culture that embraces the principle of continuous improvement and actively works to reduce waste rates and error margins within the production unit.
