    أثر الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء - دراسة حالة متوسطة أحمد طالبي بمتليلي

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم طبيعة العلاقة بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداءبمتوسطة أحمد طالبي بمتليلي، وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤل التالي: إلى أي مدى تساهم الإدارة الإلكترونية، في تحسين الأداءبمتوسطة أحمد طالبي بمتليلي؟، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم إستهداف عينة متكونة (40) أستاذ وإداري بمتوسطة أحمد طالبي بمتليلي وتوزيع الاستبيان عليهم، كما تم الإستعانة ببرنامج spss الاصدار 24 للمعالجة الإحصائية لبيانات الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلىعدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لكل بعد على حدى مع وجود أثر معنوي للإدارة الالكترونية ككل على تحسين الأداء This study aims to understand the nature of the relationship between e-management and performance at Ahmed Talbi Middle School in Metlili. This was approached through the following research question: To what extent does e-management contribute to improving performance at Ahmed Talbi Middle School in Metlili? The descriptive-analytical method was adopted, and a sample of 40 teachers and administrative staff at Ahmed Talbi Middle School in Metlili was targeted, with questionnaires distributed among them. SPSS version 24 was used for the statistical processing of the study data. The study concluded that there is no statistically significant effect for each dimension individually, while a significant overall effect of e-management on performance improvement was found
