    المفاضلة بين نموذجي الانحدار اللوجيستي ونموذج انحدار كوكس في تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على البطالة )دراسة ميدانية

    This study aims to identify the most important factors affecting the unemployment status of individuals during the field period from November 5 to December 30,2024. The stady relies on a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, in addition to using specific statistical methods, nomely logistic regression and the Cox proportional hazards model, And then proposing the best statistical model for detecting these factors. Accordingly, both logistic and Cox regression models were employed and systematically evaluated to assess the influence of various personal attributes on unemployment. The comparison was conducted using time-to-event analysis and model selection criteria, including the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and the Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC). The findings indicate that the logistic regression model demonstrates superior performance in capturing the structure and characteristics of the dataset under study. Notable predictors of unemployment duration included: job search duraction, willingness to accept employment, selectivity in job offers, prior professional experience, registration with local employment agencies, enrollment in certified training progr تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم العوامل المؤثرة على بقاء الفرد العاطل عن العمل، خلال الفترة الميدانية 05نوفمبر إلى 30ديسمبر 2024، حيث تعتمد هذه الدراسة على استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، بالاضافة إلى استخدام أساليب إحصائية معينة، وهي الانحدار اللوجيستي وانحدار كوكس ومن ثم اقتراح أفضل نمودج إحصائي في الكشف عن تلك العوامل. تم استخدا تفوذج اتؿدار اللوجيستي وتفوذج اتؿدار كوكس في ىيه الدراسة ا وتظقارنة بينهما لدراسة أىم اتطصائص الفردية اتظؤثرة على البطالة، وتدت اتظقارنة بناءا على الفتًة الزمنية ومعايتَ التقييم AIC و BIC . حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أف النموذج الأكثر ملائمة تظثل ىيه الدراسات ولطبيعة بياناتها ىو تفوذج الاتؿدار اللوجيستي، ومن أىم العوامل التي كاف تعا تأثتَ على بطالة الأفراد ىي: مدة البحث عن العمل، الاستعداد للعمل، اتظفاضلة في اتضصوؿ على عمل،اتطبرة اتظهنية،التسجيل في الوكالة المحلية للتشغيل،التسجيل في برنامج تكويتٍ للحصوؿ على شهادة.
