Digital transformation and the reengineering of university administration emerge as key reform approaches aimed at improving institutional performance and enhancing the quality of higher education. This article aims to analyze the role of digital transformation in developing university administration and to examine the integrative relationship between it and the reengineering of administrative processes, highlighting their impact on the quality of educational services. It also addresses the main challenges faced in implementing these transformations and proposes a set of practical recommendations to support their successful adoption.
