    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الجامعة الذكية وبيان مدى أهميتها، مع إبراز مختلف أبعادها ومكوناتها في ظل التحول الرقمي. وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها ضرورة تحويل الجامعات التقليدية إلى جامعات ذكية، وتوفير المتطلبات اللازمة لذلك، والمتمثلة في تبني استراتيجية رقمية، وبنية تحتية ذكية، وبيئة إدارية وتعليمية متطورة، إضافة إلى نشر الثقافة الرقمية لدى جميع الفاعلين في الجامعة، وأهمية التقييم الذكي للمخرجات لما له من دور كبير في تحسين الأداءThis study aims to identify the concept of the smart university and demonstrate its importance, while highlighting its various dimensions and components in light of digital transformation. A set of results was reached, the most important of which is the necessity of transforming traditional universities into smart universities and providing the required prerequisites for this transformation. These include adopting a digital strategy, establishing a smart infrastructure, and developing an advanced administrative and educational environment. In addition, it emphasizes the dissemination of digital culture among all university stakeholders and the importance of smart evaluation of outcomes due to its significant role in improving performance
