    دور مركز تطوير المقاولاتية في ترسيخ ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة جامعة غرداية د ا رسة حالة مركز تطوير المقاولاتية جامعة غرداية

    هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى تحديد مدى توافر أبعاد دور مركز تطوير المقاولاتية )التدريب والتكوين، برنامج التدريب والتكوين، خطة التدريب والتكوين( لدى طلبة جامعة غرداية من وجهة نظر المتربصين في المركز بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي للإلمام بكل الجوانب الأدبية لمفهوم وأبعاد دور مركز تطوير المقاولاتية مع أسلوب دارسة الحالة ومجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية في الجانب التطبيقي، واستخدام أداة الاستبيان لتجميع البيانات من عينة الدارسة المتمثلة في مجموعة من طلبة ومتربصين بكليات جامعة غرداية. حيث تم توزيع استبيان الكتروني على مختلف الطلبة والمتربصين من أجل استقصاء وجهة نظرهم حول موضوع الدارسة، تم الحصول على 85 رد اعتبر قابل للمعالجة وتم تحليلها بالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS . وقد تم الوصول إلى وجود تباين في توافر أبعاد دور مركز تطوير المقاولاتية لدى بجامعة غرداية، وكذلك وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة لعلاقة للمتغيرات في ترسيخ ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الطلبةThis study aimed to determine the extent to which the dimensions of the Entrepreneurship Development Center's role (training and development, training and development program, training and development plan) are available to students at the University of Ghardaia from the perspective of trainees at the center. The study employed a descriptive approach to encompass all aspects of the literature on the concept and dimensions of the Entrepreneurship Development Center's role, along with a case study methodology and a set of statistical tools for the applied aspect. A questionnaire was used to collect data from the study sample, which consisted of a group of students and trainees from the faculties of the University of Ghardaia. An electronic questionnaire was distributed to various students and trainees to explore their views on the study topic. Eighty-five responses were received, deemed usable for analysis, and were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package.
