    تحليل القوائــــم الماليــــة كـــــأداة لتقييــــــمالأداء المـــــــالي دراســـــة حالة مؤسسةالصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي لغير الأجراء فرع غردايـــــة (CASNOS)

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية ومساهمة التحليل القوائم المالية في تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة و تقييم أدائها المالي،بإستخدام مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية إنطلاقا من المعلومات المحاسبية الكائنة في القوائم المالية بهدفالحصول على معلومات تساعد على تقييم الأداء، إتخاذ القرارات و الكشف عن نقاط القوة و نقاط الضعف داخلالمؤسسة، فبعد استعراض الأسس النظرية للموضوع قمنا بدراسة حالة لمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي لغير الأجراء (CASNOS) فرع غردايـــــة خلال السنوات(2022-2023-2024) عن طريق تحليل قوائمها المالية المتمثلة في الميزانيات وإستخراج المؤشرات المالية المستخدمة في تقييممستوى الأداء. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن التحليل المالي من المواضيع الهامة التي تتناولها الدراسات الإقتصادية كونهيهدف إلى تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة خلال فترة زمنية معينة قد تكون سنة أو فصل وهذا إعتمادا علىالقوائم المالية، وبالنسبة لنتائج الجانب التطبيقي فإن مؤسسة (CASNOS) تمكنت من تحقيق توازن مالي خلالفترة الدراسة This study aims to identify the importance and contribution of financial statement analysis in diagnosing the financial situation of the institution and evaluating its financial performance, using financial balance indicators and financial ratios based on the accounting information contained in the financial statements, with the aim of obtaining information that helps in evaluating performance, making decisions and revealing the strengths and weaknesses within the institution. After reviewing the theoretical foundations of the subject, we conducted a case study of the National Social Security Fund for Non-Salaried Workers (CASNOS) The Ghardaia branch during the period (2022-2023-2024) by analyzing its financial statements represented in the budgets and extracting the financial indicators used to evaluate the level of performance. This study concluded that financial analysis is a crucial topic in economic studies, as it aims to diagnose an organization's financial position over a specific period, such as a year or a quarter, based on financial statements. Regarding the practical application, CASNOS achieved financial equilibrium during the study period.
