    جاءت هذه الدراسة بغية إلقاء الضوء على أهمية تطوير كفاءة أعضاء هيئة التدريس وانعكاساتها على تحقيق الجودة في التعليم العالي مع إبراز لأهم الوسائل والاستراتيجيات التي يمكن إتباعها في هذا المجال، مع التأكيد على أدوار عضو هيئة التدريس المتجددة والمنسجمة مع روح العصر ومتطلباته، والتي ينبغي أن تظهر في المحصلة على المخرجات التعليمية التي يتقرر وفقها مستوى جودة التعليم This study aims to highlight the importance of developing faculty competence and its impact on achieving quality in higher education. It also emphasizes the most important methods and strategies that can be followed in this area, while stressing the evolving roles of faculty members, which must be aligned with the spirit and demands of the times and ultimately reflected in educational outcomes that determine the quality of education
