    التحول الرقمي ببلديتي سبسب والقرارة الواقع والتحديات دراسة حالة عينة من موظفي بلديتي سبسب والقرارة

    تهدف هذه الدراسة الىالتعرف على دور التحول الرقمي في البلديات الجزائرية وما مدى تفاعل المواطنين والموظفين مع هذا التغيير. ومن خلال تحليل العلاقة بين التحول الرقمي ( التحديات ، الأبعاد ، البنية التحتية ) وواقع البلديتان سبسب والقرارة ،وقد تم التركيز على واقع تطبيق التحول الرقمي في نهج المؤسسات لتحديثها وإبراز مدى مساهمته في تحسين الخدمة العمومية وفاعلية الإداء ،وقد توصلت الدراسة الى فجوة الرقمية بين المواطنين وهذا التحول الحاصل في ظل عصرنة الخدمات الحديثة This study aims to identify the role of digital transformation in Algerian municipalities and the extent of citizen and employee interaction with this change. It analyzes the relationship between digital transformation ( challenges، dimensions ، and infrastructure ) and the reality of municipalities in SEBSEB and ELGUERRARA . The study focuses on the implementation of this transformation with in institutional approaches to modernization، highlighting its contribution to improving public services and performance efficiency . The study concludes thet a gap exists between citizens and this transformation occurring within the context of modernized services .
