-19تحليل وتقويم السياسة العامة التربوية التعليمية في الجزائر خلال أزمة كوفيد

Abstract

_تطرقت في مذ كرتي المعنونة بتحليل وتقويم السياسة العامة التربوية التعليمية في الجازئر إلى الحديث عن مفهوم السياسة العامة وذلك عند كل من المفكرين 19-خلال أزمة كوفيد العرب والغرب إضافة إلى ذلك قمت بتناول مفهوم كل من التربية والتعليم من حيث اللغة والاصطلاح دون أم أنسى مفهوم السياسة التربوية التعليمية والتي من خلالها قمت بالتطرق إلى مفهوم صنع القارر وثمت بذ كر مارحل صنعها. لننتقل بعض هذا مباشرة إلى الحديث عن صلب موضوعي فقط قدمت بعضا من تعريفات التعليم عن بعد أولا لننتقل بعده إلى التركيز عن عنصر مهم جدا وهو واقع التعليم عن بعد في الجازئر وقمت أنفا بتسليط الضوء على بعض التطبيقات التي استعانت بها الدولة في هذه دون أن أن سى نظام التفويج والذي هو من الاجارءات المت خذة في ظل هاته الجائحة، ،الجائحة بحيث عرضت مفهوما له وقدمت بعضا من مبادئه وتحدثت عن كيفية تطبيقه في ظل هاته الجائحة، بالإضافة إلى حديثي عن عارقيل كل من نظام التعليم عن بعد ونظام التفويج.

In my memo entitled Analysis and Evaluation of Public Educational Policy in Algeria during the Covid-19 Crisis, I discussed the concept of public policy among both Arab and Western thinkers. In addition, I discussed the concept of both education and teaching in terms of language and terminology, without forgetting the concept of educational policy, through which I addressed the concept of decision-making and then mentioned the stages of its making. Let us move on to the core of my topic. I first presented some definitions of distance education, then moved on to focus on a very important element, which is the reality of distance education in Algeria. I also highlighted some of the applications that the state has used in this pandemic, without mentioning the delegation system, which is one of the measures taken in light of this pandemic, so that I presented a concept for it and presented some of its principles and talked about how to apply it in light of this pandemic, In addition to my talk about the obstacles of both the distance education system and the delegation system.
