الخلاصة:
This study explores the reality of job discipline in the public
hospital institution, Berriane-Ghardaia, and verifies the role of
management culture in influencing job discipline. stratified sample,
and the form was used that contained a total of 41 questions, and 03
dimensions of the independent variable management culture
represented in material and moral incentives, after administrative
control, and after the nature of supervision, also for the functional
discipline variable, it included the value system dimension, and after
self-censorship.
