    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر النظام المحاسبي المالي في معالجة محاسبة الأجور، حيث يهدف إلى التعريف بالنظام المحاسبي المالي وأساليبه في المعالجة المحاسبية للأجور، قمنا باختيار شركة تيسكوبا كنموذج لإجراء الدراسة التطبيقية دراسة حالة، وينقسم البحث إلى فصلين، الفصل الأول يتمحور حول النظام المحاسبي المالي حيث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لشرح النظام المحاسبي المالي وتوضيح مبادئه وأهدافه وطرق المعالجة المحاسبية للأجور، ويتمحور الفصل الثاني حول تعريف شركة تيسكوبا وطرق معالجتها لمحاسبة الأجور من خلال جمع وتحليل بيانات الشركة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن النظام المحاسبي المالي ركيزة أساسية لمعالجة محاسبة الأجور لتحديده حسابات خاصة ودقيقة بكل مكون من مكونات الأجر This study aims to clarify the impact of the financial accounting system on payroll processing. It introduces the financial accounting system and its methods for processing payroll. TISCOBA Company was selected as a case study for this applied research. The study is divided into two chapters. The first chapter focuses on the financial accounting system, employing a descriptive approach to explain its principles, objectives, and methods for processing payroll. The second chapter focuses on TISCOBA Company and its payroll processing methods through the collection and analysis of company data. The study concludes that the financial accounting system is a fundamental pillar for processing payroll, as it establishes specific and accurate accounts for each component of the wage
