Course: Geographic information Systems & Remote Sensing: for Master Student in Ecology
(University of Ghardaia, 2026) OULADHEDDAR, Meriem
Theoretical and Conceptual Foundation: To establish a comprehensive theoretical and scientific foundation in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) techniques, and to understand the mechanisms of spatial data acquisition and processing pertinent to ecosystems and natural resources. Adaptation to Technological Advancements (Geo-AI): To integrate Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (Geo-AI) concepts and techniques into analytical methodologies, enabling students to assimilate the fundamentals of massive environmental data (Big Data) processing and to construct intelligent predictive models.  Development of Methodological and Analytical Skills: To acquire spatial thinking skills and the critical capacity to employ these integrated techniques for extrapolating environmental phenomena, assessing risks (such as environmental degradation and climate change), and monitoring spatio-temporal changes.  Support for Scientific Research and Decision-Making: To qualify students in the effective and scientifically rigorous use of advanced geospatial tools for their future academic research and theses, and to design precise environmental studies contributing to the development of Decision Support Systems (DSS) to achieve sustainability.

Practical Workes: Geographic Information Systems & Remote Sensing: for master students in Ecology
(University of Ghardaia, 2026) OULADHEDDAR, Meriem
 Technical Proficiency in Geospatial Software: To equip students with the requisite operational skills for installing and utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software (e.g., QGIS), engaging professionally with its interfaces, employing its analytical tools, and managing spatial databases effectively.  Mastery of Digital Data Processing: To enable students to acquire and process satellite imagery, extract spectral environmental indicators (such as vegetation indices), and implement digital classification protocols for the interpretation and extraction of terrestrial features.  Spatial Modeling and Cartographic Production: To develop researchers' competence in analyzing field-based environmental problems (e.g., ecological degradation, land cover changes) and translating these complex spatial analyses into precise thematic maps and unambiguous visual outputs.  Project Management and Scientific Reporting: To qualify students in the design and execution of miniature environmental projects, alongside the ability to compose synthetic final reports following academic methodologies for result interpretation and the derivation of practical environmental recommendations that support decision- making.

    Structures en béton armé 1
(university of ghardaia, 2026) DEHANE Sarra
