الإحساس بالعدالة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالارتياح النفسي لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني بالمنيعة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى بالعدالة التنظيمية والارتياح النفسي لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني بالمنيعة، وكذا التعرف على الفروق باختلاف الجنس والأقدمية لدى الممرضين، والكشف عن العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية الارتياح النفسي، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيانين (العدالة التنظيمية والارتياح النفسي)، وبعد التأكد من خصائصهما السيكو مترية (الصدق، الثبات) تم تطبيقهما على عينة مكونة من 130 ممرض بمستشفى العقيد شعباني، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي والوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة وبالاستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS 22.0، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية :وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العدالة التنظيمية والارتياح النفسي لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني بالمنيعة، وقد جاءت العلاقة عكسية بين المتغيرين ,مستوى العدالة التنظيمية لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني بالمنيعة، جاء متوسطا ,مستوى الارتياح النفسي لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني بالمنيعة، جاء مرتفعا ,عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العدالة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى أفراد العينة ,عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العدالة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية لدى أفراد العينة ,عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الارتياح النفسي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى أفراد العينة ,عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الارتياح النفسي تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية لدى أفراد العينة. This study aimed to identify the level of organizational justice and psychological satisfaction among nurses at Colonel Chaabani Hospital in El Menia, as well as to identify differences based on gender and seniority, and to reveal the relationship between organizational justice and psychological satisfaction. To achieve the study's objectives, two questionnaires (organizational justice and psychological satisfaction) were administered. After confirming their psychometric properties (validity and reliability), they were administered to a sample of 130 nurses at Colonel Chaabani Hospital. Using a descriptive approach and appropriate statistical methods, with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 22.0), the following results were obtained: - A statistically significant relationship exists between organizational justice and psychological satisfaction among nurses at Colonel Chaabani Hospital in El Menia. The relationship between the two variables was inverse. - The level of organizational justice among nurses at Colonel Chaabani Hospital in El Menia was moderate. - The level of psychological satisfaction among nurses at Colonel Chaabani Hospital in El Menia was high. - No statistically significant differences in organizational justice were found attributable to the gender variable among the sample. - No statistically significant differences were found in organizational justice attributable to seniority among the sample members. - No statistically significant differences were found in psychological satisfaction attributable to gender among the sample members. - No statistically significant differences were found in psychological satisfaction attributable to seniority among the sample members.
