Abstract: The Environmental Education uses various pedagogical methods to transfer knowledge, values and skills related to its ecosystem at the different school levels. In this context, he aim this study of is to evaluated the environmental school education of the Algerian desert regions, seches: El Guerrara and El Menia. This study also aimed at the impact of this education on the conservation of wetlands in the study areas, which led to a procedure that was carried out in El-Guerrara and El-Menia aimed at sensitizing elementary, middle and high school students to environmental problems. The results of our socio-pedago-ecology and environmental survey reveal the differences between the different school levels and between the districts of El-Guerrara and El-Menia. In the light of the results of the study, we propose to organize trainings and awareness-raising campaigns within institutions on increasing and acquiring knowledge and awareness in order to preserve wetlands. It can also highlight the need to adapt a strategy according to the specific needs of each school level and each region.
