Abstract: The objective of this study is to inventory the arthropods in two stations (agricultural; fallow) located in Oued Ntissa (Ghardaïa) Its geographical coordinates are (latitude 32°26'46.9''N, longitude 3°38'51.4'' E) by four sampling methods in station1 (Barber pots, sweep net, sticky plates and hand capture). This work allowed the census of 284 species distributed on 21 orders and 138 families, and 3 classes. Species ranks second and counts covering a rate of 16%, the order of Coleoptera 32 species covering a rate of 12%. While the isopod order is poorly represented with only one species, i.e. a rate of 1%. And station (2), The order of Diptera, 23 species is the most diversified i.e. a rate of 30%, The order of Coleoptera covering 16 species a rate of 21%, and the Order Hymenoptera 18 species i.e. a rate of 15%. And the Collembola order is poorly represented with a single species at a rate of 1%. D'Oued Ntissa seems to be the richest species of Orthoptera. Relative species abundance data showed that (Hymenoptera, Depitera, Coleoptera) dominated most of the two sites. Value of Shannon's Diversity Index and Abundance stocks gradually decline in spring and summer when they are at their peak, then decline in winter. Orthoptères is looking for a high-density agricultural area on the fallow station .
