Item واقع الصحة والسلامة المهنية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية – دراسة حالة مديرية واد نومر ناحية حاسي رمل –(جامعة غرداية, 2026) شحيمة، سمية; لبقع، أسماءهدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع الصحة والسلامة المهنية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية وبالضبط في مديرية واد نومر ناحية حاسي الرمل،ولتحقيق غايات هذه الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه الأنسب للدراسة وتم استخدام أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في المقابلة والملاحظة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج، ومن أهمها: أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تطبق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية بشكل منظم، حيث تتوفر إجراءات واضحة للتصريح بالحوادث وتحليلها، مع وجود مراقبة ميدانية مستمر على مدار اليوم وتوفير تجهيزات الوقاية والتكوين الدوري للعمال لتوعيتهم وتذكيرهم بأهمية هذه الإجراءات This study aims This study aimed to identify the reality of occupational health and safety in economic institutions, specifically in the Directorate of Oued Noumr, Hassi R’mel district. To achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive analytical method was adopted as it is the most appropriate, and data collection tools including interviews and observation were used. The study reached several key findings, most notably: the institution under study applies occupational health and safety procedures in an organized manner, with clear procedures for accident reporting and analysis, continuous field monitoring throughout the day, the provision of prevention equipment, and regular training for workers to raise awareness and remind them of the importance of these procedures
