Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الثقة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بالمدارس العمومية بمدينة بنورة، وتحديد الفروق في مستوى الثقة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني تبعًا لمتغيري الجنس والأقدمية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطبيق مقياسين: مقياس الثقة التنظيمية ومقياس التوافق المهني، وبعد التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية من حيث الصدق والثبات، تم تطبيقهما على عينة مكونة من (77) أستاذًا. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، مع استخدام أساليب التحليل الإحصائي من خلال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: • مستوى الثقة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط مرتفع • مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط متوسط • لا توجد علاقة بين الثقة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بالمدارس العمومية بمدينة بنورة • لا توجد فروق في مستوى الثقة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس • لا توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس • لا توجد فروق في مستوى الثقة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية • لا توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية The study aimed to uncover the relationship between organizational trust and professional compatibility among middle school teachers in public schools in the city of Bounoura, and to identify differences in the level of organizational trust and professional compatibility according to the variables of gender and seniority. To achieve the objectives of the study, two scales were applied: the organizational trust scale and the professional compatibility scale, and after confirming their psychometric properties in terms of honesty and stability, they were applied to a sample of (77) professors. The study relied on the descriptive approach, using statistical analysis methods through the Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) program. The study reached the following results: • The level of organizational trust among middle school teachers is high • Level of professional compatibility among intermediate education teachers •There is no direct relationship between organizational trust and professional compatibility among middle school teachers in public schools in the city of Bonora • There are no differences in the level of organizational confidence among middle school teachers attributable to the gender variable • There are no differences in the level of professional compatibility among middle school teachers attributable to the gender variable • There are no differences in the level of organizational confidence among middle school teachers due to the experience variable • There are no differences in the level of professional compatibility among middle school teachers attributable to the experience variable
