دور الرقمنة في تفعيل نظم الرقابة الإدارية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من موظفي كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية جامعة غرداية

Abstract

The topic of digitization has become increasingly important in light of the transformations taking place in contemporary institutions, particularly given its direct impact on the development of management methods and the enhancement of administrative control. From this standpoint, this study addressed the issue of the extent to which digitization contributes to activating administrative control systems within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Ghardaïa. in light of the higher education sector’s shift toward digital transformation. The study focuses on the nature of administrative control and digitization and how they are applied in institutions. The results obtained have shown a clear relationship between digitization and the activation of administrative control systems within the institution. It also facilitates administrative processes and improves the quality of supervisory performance. However, the success of this contribution remains linked to the degree to which the institution adopts the requirements of digital transformation and its readiness to develop its tools and administrative methods. إن موضوع الرقمنة أصبح يحظى بأهمية متزايدة في ظل التحولات التي تعرفها المؤسسات المعاصرة، خاصة لما له من أثر مباشر في تطوير أساليب التسيير وتعزيز فعالية الرقابة الإدارية. ومن هذا المنطلق، تم تناول الإشكالية المتعلقة بمدى مساهمة الرقمنة في تفعيل نظم الرقابة الإدارية داخل كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة غرداية، وذلك في ظل توجه قطاع التعليم العالي نحو التحول الرقمي، حيث تم التركيز على ماهية الرقابة الإدارية والرقمنة وكيفية تطبيقها في المؤسسات. وقد أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها أن هناك علاقة واضحة بين الرقمنة وتفعيل نظم الرقابة الإدارية داخل المؤسسة، كما أنها تسهل العمليات الإدارية وتطور جودة الأداء الرقابي، غير أن نجاح هذه المساهمة يبقى مرتبطًا بدرجة تبني المؤسسة لمتطلبات التحول الرقمي، واستعدادها لتطوير أدواتها وأساليبها الإدارية.
