Abstract

أهمية التوجه الدولي نحو التعليم الإلكتروني كاستراتيجية جديدة لتعزيز جودة التعليم العالي، يلاحظ في السنوات الأخيرة ارتفاع عدد المؤسسات الجامعية على المستويين المحلي والدولي التي قامت بفتح فروع ومنصات إلكترونية لها لأغراض بيداغوجية محضة، في هذا الجانب تم استعراض تجربة منصة التعليم الإلكتروني للمركز الجامعي ،EDX آفلو ومنصة التعليم الإلكتروني الدولية أظهرت النتائج وجود أهمية كبيرة لهذه المنصات في تحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية إضاف ةً إلى الأغراض الإدارية، وهو ما يجعل بالدراسة توصي بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الإصلاحات الهيكلية واسعة النطاق في الجامعات الوطنية إذا ما أريد تحقيق أي فعالية تعليمية أو تنموية مستقب لاًAbstract : The study aimed to enrich the discussion about the importance of the international trend towards e-learning as a new strategy for enhancing the quality of higher education. In recent years, it is noted that the number of university institutions at the local and international levels has increased, which have opened branches and electronic platforms for them for purely pedagogical purposes. In this aspect, the experience of the e-learning platform of the Aflo University Center and the international e-learning platform, EDX, was reviewed. The results showed the great importance of these platforms in achieving the goals of the educational process in addition to administrative purposes, which makes the study recommend the need for more large-scale structural reforms in national universities if any educational or developmental effectiveness is to be achieved in the future .
