إنعكاسات تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة المنظمات على إندماج الجامعات في إقتصاد المعرفة

Abstract

ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على إنعكاسات تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة المنظمات على محاولة إندماج الجامعات في إقتصاد المعرفة، استعملنا المنهج الوصفي، توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - بدون إطار حوكمة يحمي الملكية الفكرية ويضمن الشفافية المالية، يظل الابتكار حبيس الرفوف، فالحوكمة هي التي توفر "البيئة القانونية" التي تسمح بتسويق براءات الاختراع وإنشاء الشركات الجامعية الناشئة، وهو جوهر جامعة غرداية كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بالتعاون مع مخبر أبحاث البنية الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاتهما في التحول الرقمي للقطاعات الاقتصادية. وبالإشتراك مع فرقة بحث متطلبات تطبيق حوكمة الشركات والتدقيق المحاسبي في المؤسسات الإقتصادية الجزائرية بمخبر الدراسات التطبيقية في العلوم المالية. وبالإشتراك مع النقابة الوطنية المستقلة لمستخدمي التعليم العالي - فرع غرداية، ينظمون: الملتقى الوطني الأول )حضوري وعن بعد( حول: حوكمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي في ظل التحول الرقمي والتشريعات الحديثة. مداخلة بعنوان: عنوان المداخلة: من إعداد الباحثين : من خلال المحور رقم: righi.sara@univ-ghardaia.edu.dz ، - ريغي سارة ، أستاذ محاضر ب، جامعة غرداية ريغي مروى ، ط. د جامعة غرداية ، righi.marwa@univ ghardaia. edu.dz عزوزة فاطمة الزهراء، أستاذ محاضر ب، جامعة غرداية azzouza.fatima-zahra@univ ghardaia. edu.dz Abstract : This study aimed to identify the implications of implementing corporate governance principles on the integration of universities into the knowledge economy. Using a descriptive analytical approach, the study reached a set of key results, most notably:  Without a governance framework that protects intellectual property and ensures financial transparency, innovation remains "trapped on shelves." Governance provides the legal environment necessary for the commercialization of patents and the establishment of university spin-offs, which represent the core of the knowledge economy.  Adopting standards of merit, accountability, and fairness in evaluating academic performance motivates distinguished researchers and prevents brain drain. The knowledge economy is built on stable and motivated minds rather than physical infrastructure.
