أثر الانفتاح التجاري على النمو الاقتصادي والبطالة كأبعاد للتنمية المستدامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1991–2024: دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج ARDL

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الانفتاح التجاري على بعض أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1991–2024، ممثلة في النمو الاقتصادي والبطالة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج القياسي الكمي، من خلال استخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الزمني الموزع (ARDL)، الذي يسمح بدراسة العلاقات الديناميكية بين المتغيرات في الأجلين القصير والطويل. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة القياسية وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين الانفتاح التجاري وكل من النمو الاقتصادي والبطالة. كما بينت النتائج أن تأثير الانفتاح التجاري على النمو الاقتصادي في الأجل القصير كما أثر الاستثمار المحلي على النمو الاقتصادي بشكل ايجابي في المدى الطويل، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر سلبي ومعنوي لكل من الانفتاح التجاري والتطور المالي على البطالة في الأجل الطويل، بما يعكس مساهمته في تحسين أداء سوق العمل وخفض معدلات البطالة. This study aims to assess the impact of trade openness on selected dimensions of sustainable development in Algeria over the period 1991–2024, represented by economic growth and unemployment. To achieve the objectives of the study, a quantitative econometric approach is adopted through the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model, which allows for the examination of dynamic relationships among variables in both the short and long run. The empirical results indicate the existence of a long-run equilibrium relationship between trade openness and both economic growth and unemployment. The findings also show that trade openness has a short-run effect on economic growth, while domestic investment exerts a positive impact on economic growth in the long run. Furthermore, the results reveal a negative and statistically significant effect of both trade openness and financial development on unemployment in the long run, highlighting their role in improving labor market performance and reducing unemployment rates
