Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة بغية إلقاء الضوء على أهمية تطوير كفاءة أعضاء هيئة التدريس وانعكاساتها على تحقيق الجودة في التعليم العالي مع إبراز لأهم الوسائل والاستراتيجيات التي يمكن إتباعها في هذا المجال، مع التأكيد على أدوار عضو هيئة التدريس المتجددة والمنسجمة مع روح العصر ومتطلباته، والتي ينبغي أن تظهر في المحصلة على المخرجات التعليمية التي يتقرر وفقها مستوى جودة التعليم This study aims to highlight the importance of developing faculty competence and its impact on achieving quality in higher education.
