Abstract

من خلال معالجتنا لهذا الموضوع المتعلق بأساليب التحري يتضح ان المشروع الجزائري سعى الى ضرورة تحقيق التوازن ، تطوير هذه الأساليب لمواكبة التطورات الحديثة وتعزيز فعالية مكافحة الجرائم كما تتجلى أهمية ضبط إستخدام الوسائل ، الدقيق بين مواجهة الجريمة وصون الحقوق والحريات الفردية اتكنولوجية المتقدمة ضمن إطار قانوني وأخلاقي واضح يضمن تحقيق العدالة بكفاءة ودون تجاوزات. ليست بحاجة إلى سن قانوني إجراء جديد بل هي ، في سياقها الراهن ،ويستخلص كذلك أن الجزائر بحاجة إلى تفعيل حقيقي للترسانة القانونية من الناحية العملية

Through our analysis of the topic related to invetigative methods , It is clear that the algerian legislater has sought to develop these methods to keep pace with modern advancement and enhance the effectiveness of crime prevention, while ensuring a precise balance between combating crime and safegarding individual rights and freedoms .It also highlights the importance of regulating the use of advanced thechnological tools within a clear legal and ethical framework that guarantees justice is achieved efficeintly and without violition .It Is like wise concluded that algeria, in the current context does not need new procedural law bur rather to effectively implement and utilise the existing legal.
