الرقمنة الجامعية و دورها في تحسين جودة الأداء في الجامعة:دراسة حالة جامعة سطيف- 1- فرحات عباس

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز و تبيان دور و أهمية إستخدام الرقمنة في الجامعات وهذا من أجل التأقلم مع التغيرات و التطورات في البيئة المحيطة ، مع توضيح الشكل الذي يمكن للرقمنة الجامعية أن تتمثل فيه،و التطرق لأبعاد الرقمنة في الجامعة ،ولهذا إستعملنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقمنا بدراسة حالة جامعة سطيف- 1-من خلال تقديم المعلومات التي تخص الدراسة و تبيان أبعاد الرقمنة في الجامعة محل الدراسة، وهذا من أجل التوصل إلى نتائج تفيد الدراسة و التي كانت تتمحور حول أن للرقمنة دور جد واضح في الجامعات و الذي يبرز أكثر في تحسين أدائها سواء على مستوى الإدارة،الأساتذة أو الطلبةThe study aimed to highlight and demonstrate the role and the importance of using digitization at universities in order to adapt the world changes such as the developments while clarifying the form that university digitization can take, and addressing the dimensions of digitization at the university. For this reason, we used the descriptive analytical method and conducted a case study of Setif-1 University by presenting the different information related to the study and demonstrating the dimensions of digitization at the university under study, in order to reach results that show the study, which were centered on the fact that digitization has a very clear role in universities, which is more prominent in improving their performance, whether at the level of administration, professors or students
