Abstract

تهدفهذهالدراسةإلىإبرازدورالتكنولوجياالماليةفيتطويرالخدماتالإلكترونيةداخلمؤسسةاتصالاتالجزائربولايةغرداية،منخلالالتعرفعلىأهمتطبيقاتالتكنولوجياالماليةالمعتمدةبالمؤسسةومدىمساهمتهافيتحسينجودةالخدماتالإلكترونيةالمقدمةللزبائن. وقداعتمدتالدراسةعلىالمنهجالوصفيفيالجانبالنظريباعتبارهالأنسبلمعالجةالموضوع،فيحيناستخدمنامنهجدراسةالحالةفيالجانبالتطبيقيمنخلالتحليلالبياناتوالإحصائياتالمتعلقةباستخدامالخدماتالرقميةووسائلالدفعالإلكتروني،بالإضافةإلىإجراءمقابلةميدانيةمعرئيس دائرة المالية والمحاسبةبالمؤسسة. وتوصلتالدراسةإلىأنمؤسسةاتصالاتالجزائرتبنتتوجهاًواضحاًنحوالرقمنةمنخلالتطويرتطبيقاتالدفعالإلكتروني،وتوسيعاستخدامالمنصاتالرقميةوالخدماتالإلكترونية،الأمرالذيساهمفيتحسينسرعةالخدمة،وتقليلالتكاليفالتشغيلية،ورفعمستوىرضاالزبائن. كماأظهرتالنتائجوجودتزايدمستمرفيعددمستخدميالخدماتالإلكترونيةووسائلالدفعالرقمي،مقابلتراجعتدريجيفيالاعتمادعلىوسائلالدفعالتقليدية. This study aims to highlight the role of financial technology in developing electronic services within Algerie Telecom in Ghardaia Province by identifying the main financial technology applications adopted by the institution and examining their contribution to improving the quality of electronic services provided to customers. The study relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical part as the most appropriate method for addressing the topic, while the case study approach was adopted in the practical part through analyzing data and statistics related to the use of digital services and electronic payment methods, in addition to conducting a field interview with the Head of the Finance and Accounting Department of the institution. The study concluded that Algerie Telecom has adopted a clear orientation toward digital transformation through the development of electronic payment applications and the expansion of digital platforms and electronic services, which contributed to improving service speed, reducing operational costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. The findings also revealed a continuous increase in the number of users of electronic services and digital payment methods, alongside a gradual decline in reliance on traditional payment methods.
