Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيفية المعالجة المحاسبية للأداءات والتعويضات في الصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراءمع اتخاذ وكالة ولاية غرداية كنموذج للدراسة التطبيقية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، وفي جانب تطبيقي ركزت على تحليل الوثائق والدفاتر المحاسبية للوكالة . وتوصلنا من خلال الدراسة الى النتائج أن الالتزام الصارم بالضوابط المحاسبية النظرية والتطبيق الدقيق للقواعد المنظمة يساهمان بشكل جوهري في تعزيز الشفافية المالية وضمان الرقابة المحاسبية الفعالة، مما يؤدي في نهاية المطاف إلى تأمين الاستدامة المالية لموارد الصندوق. This study aims to understand the recording and accounting treatment of benefits and compensation within the Social Security Fund for the Self-Employed, using the Ghardaia branch as a case study. The study employs a descriptive approach in its theoretical framework, while its practical component focuses on analyzing the branch's accounting documents and records. The study concludes that strict adherence to theoretical accounting principles and the precise application of regulations significantly contribute to enhancing financial transparency and ensuring effective accounting oversight, ultimately leading to the financial sustainability of the Fund's resources
