Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي وأساسي إلى إبراز أثر استعمال منصات الدفع الإلكتروني على فعالية التحصيل الضريبي الرقمي، باعتباره أحد المواضيع الحيوية في ظل التحول الرقمي الذي تشهده المؤسسات المالية والحكومية في الجزائر.إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و إجراء دراسة ميدانية في مركز الضرائب لولاية غرداية، من خلال إجراء المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات من أجل تعميق الفهم حول كيفية تطبيق هذه الوسائل فعلياً وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ان منصات دفع الالكتروني تساهم بشكل كبير في تسريع عملية التحصيل الضريبي و تقليل التكاليف الادارية، كما تعزز من شفافية المعاملات و تحد من التهرب الضريبي بفضل تتبع العمليات بشكل الكتروني و دقيق This study mainly and fundamentally aims to highlight the impact of using electronic payment platforms on the effectiveness of digital tax collection, as it is considered one of the vital topics in light of the digital transformation witnessed by financial and governmental institutions in Algeria. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and conducted a field study at the Tax Center of Ghardaia Province through interviews as a tool for collecting information in order to deepen the understanding of how these methods are actually applied. The study concluded that electronic payment platforms contribute significantly to accelerating the tax collection process and reducing administrative costs. They also enhance transaction transparency and limit tax evasion through accurate electronic tracking of operations
