Abstract

الاصطناعي في تعزيز الحوكمة الجامعية في الجزائر، من خلال إبراز إسهاماته في تحسين اتخاذ القرار، رفع كفاءة التسيير، وتعزيز الشفافية داخل المؤسسات الجامعية. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصف وتبين النتائج أن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تمثل أداة فعالة لتطوير الأداء الإداري وتقليص البيروقراطية، غير أن توظيفها يواجه تحديات تتعلق بضعف البنية التحتية الرقمية، محدودية الكفاءات، ومخاطر حماية البيانات والتحيز الخوارزمي. وتخلص الدراسة إلى ضرورة تبني استراتيجية للتحول الرقمي، وتطوير إطار قانوني وأخلاقي لضمان الاستخدام الرشيد لهذه التقنياتThis intervention aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing university governance in Algeria by highlighting its contributions to improving decision-making, increasing management efficiency, and fostering transparency within higher education institutions. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach. The results indicate that AI applications serve as an effective tool for developing administrative performance and reducing bureaucracy. However, their deployment faces several challenges, including weak digital infrastructure, limited technical expertise, and risks related to data protection and algorithmic bias. The study concludes with the necessity of adopting a comprehensive digital transformation strategy and developing a legal and ethical framework to ensure the rational and responsible use of these technologies..
